Emergency Medical Response ( Ambulance Assistance)

Jolo Municipal Fire Station, Shift A EMS personnel provides emergency medical assistance at Brgy., Walled City, Jolo Sulu.

Upon arrival, victim found lying on bed with the staff nurse from Pangutan District Hospital, conscious and coherant. During the assessment, a small amount of vaginal bleeding was noted on the patient's wrap around cloth. The team directly administered pre-hospital care and the victim promptly transported to Sulu Provincial Hospital for further management and evaluation.

BFP Jolo Fire-Truck Visibility During the 636th Bangsa Sug Day

In support of the successful observance of the 636th Bangsa Sug Day September 16-19, the BFP Jolo Municipal Fire Station maintained fire-truck visibility in strategic areas during the celebration to strengthen fire-safety preparedness and emergency response.

The proactive deployment of the fire truck and responding personnel was intended to ensure that immediate assistance would be available in case of any fire-related incident or other emergency, particularly amid the presence of large crowds and event activities.

BFP Jolo EMS Personnel Conduct First Aid Lecture for SSC Criminology Interns

BFP Jolo Municipal Fire Station EMS personnel conducted a first aid lecture for the SSC Criminology interns. The activity aimed to equip the interns with essential knowledge and practical skills in providing immediate first aid assistance during emergencies and other medical situations.

The lecture included basic first aid procedures, bandaging techniques, and basic splinting, providing the interns with hands-on knowledge on how to properly manage common injuries and immobilize affected body parts while awaiting further medical assistance.
