TD and TES||
The TES and TDP release on May 20 and 21 is based on the batches identified and processed by UniFAST. It has nothing to do with the Landbank ATM, since this mechanism will only be implemented starting Academic Year 2026-2027 due to delayed compliance of some students.
Moreover, KCAST and the LGU Kapalong have no control over the list of beneficiaries.
For TDP, the release is based on the applications submitted to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) either through Congressional Offices, Party-list, Senators, etc.
For TES, the basis is the DSWD Listahanan where all KCAST Students are forwarded, while the UniFAST Committee is the one identifying and approving the beneficiaries based on specific criteria (more applicants with only limited slots).
If your name is not included in the released list, possible reasons are:
1. You are not a beneficiary of the program; or
2. Your batch is still under processing.
Please wait for the official announcement for the next batch release.
You may also visit the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office and look for Maam Ellen H. Sabas.
Thank you.
