As part of the program, employees took part in the Walking, Zumba, and Pickleball Activities, promoting health, wellness, camaraderie, and work-life balance. The Local Government Unit of Kapalong officially convened stakeholders for the creation of the Local Agri-Business Development Committee, led by Consultant ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐-๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฉ, as part of the municipalityโs continuing efforts to strengthen the agriculture sector and create more opportunities for local farmers and producers.
The initiative aims to enhance the development, promotion, and marketability of Kapalongโs key agricultural commodities, including cacao, rice, coconut, corn, banana, and other locally produced crops. By fostering collaboration among government agencies, farmer organizations, and private sector partners, the committee seeks to improve value-adding opportunities, expand market access, and increase the competitiveness of local agricultural products.

The Human Resource Office conducted an OJT Orientation Program for on-the-job trainees from Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology, composed of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) and Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (BAT)
The program provided an overview of workplace policies, public service ethics, and accountability to help prepare the trainees for their internship at the Local Government Unit of Kapalong. It also emphasized the importance of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to responsible public service throughout their training.
