Another meaningful day for Kasibu’s health community! 🩺💙

Today, we welcomed Dr. Rowena Magaway Constantino, President of the Philippine Pediatric Society – Northern Luzon Chapter, during her visit to Brgy. Kakiduguen, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya.

Together with the PDOHO Nueva Vizcaya team , Dr. Andrienne Castillo, Municipal Health Officer, Eden Fiangaron- Midwife, and Cristian Fate T. Pedro- DOH-Nurse 2, we continue to bring health services closer to our children and families.

Her visit is also a reminder of the importance of working together to protect our children—especially through the ongoing Ligtas Tigdas: Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA). 💉❤️

To all parents and guardians of eligible children, please bring your little ones to our vaccination teams and have them protected against measles and rubella.

A little time for vaccination can go a long way in keeping our children safe. 🥰

We’re getting there! 🎉 Another 312 children aged 6–59 months are now protected against measles and rubella through our MR-SIA today.

Every child vaccinated brings us one step closer to a healthier, safer, and more protected Kasibu. 💙

💉💚 DAY 3 | MR-SIA 2026 — Protecting More Children, One Community at a Time! 🛡️👧👦

Another meaningful day of the Measles–Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) was successfully conducted at Barangay Poblacion, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya.

We are deeply grateful for the visit and support of Assistant Regional Director Dr. Pretchell Tolentino and her team, together with DMO V Sir Jan Tugadi, whose presence and encouragement strengthened our vaccination efforts. Pdoho Nueva Vizcaya

Our sincere appreciation also goes to Municipal Mayor Hon. Romeo C. Tayaban, Mayor Romeo C. Tayaban , Vice Mayor Hon. Alberto Bumolo Jr., and SB on Health Hon. Georgette Tucpi-Allaga for their continued support and commitment to protecting the health of our children.

The Municipal Health Office, led by Dr. Andrienne D. Castillo, Municipal Health Officer, together with our dedicated team of healthcare workers, continues to bring vaccination services closer to our communities.

A special thank you to Punong Barangay Hon. Carmen Bulahao Balinag and the Barangay Poblacion officials for their warm support and cooperation in making today’s activity a success. ❤️

💉 A SUCCESSFUL MR-SIA MUNICIPAL LAUNCHING! ❤️

Today, August 10, 2026, the Municipality of Kasibu successfully launched the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) at the LGU Municipal Grounds.

With the unwavering support of our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Romeo C. Tayaban, and the presence of SB Councilor Hon. Ernesto Maur, this important health initiative was successfully carried out to protect our children against measles and rubella.

The activity was spearheaded by Dr. Andrienne D. Castillo, Municipal Health Officer, together with the dedicated team of the Municipal Health Office, barangay health workers, and our local partners.

💉 Vaccination is protection. Vaccination saves lives.

We encourage all parents and guardians of children 6–59 months old to bring their children to their respective barangay health stations and participate in the MR-SIA.

Together, let us work towards a healthier, safer, and stronger Kasibu! 💚

❗️DOH: BEHAVIOR CHANGE IS KEY TO PREVENT ROAD CRASH INJURIES AND FATALITIES❗️

Ang Municipality of Kasibu, katuwang ang Municipal Health Office at iba pang ahensya, ay nakikiisa sa Department of Health (DOH) at mga tagapagtaguyod ng kaligtasan sa daan sa panawagang magsagawa ng sama-samang pagkilos upang maiwasan ang dumaraming kaso ng mga road crash injuries at fatalities.

Tandaan: Ang kaligtasan sa kalsada ay responsibilidad nating lahat.Maging disiplinado sa pagmamaneho, tumawid sa tamang daan, at igalang ang batas-trapiko.

Maiiwasan ang aksidente kung magbabago tayo ng asal sa daan.
