EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE
BFP Sinuyak Fire Sub-Station headed by acting Sub-Station Commander, SFO2 Leopoldo T Latian Jr, under the supervision of FINSP RICHARD A PARAME Acting Municipal Fire Marshal KMFS. responded to a medical emergency at Barangay Sinuyak,Katipunan, ZDN.
1830H- A 65-year -old male walk-in patient arrived at station accompanied by this family, seeking medical assistance for a wound and abrasion on his left cheekbone sustained while riding his motorcycle.
1832H- The patient was assisted into a comfortable position, and a head-to-toe physical assessment was conducted.
1834H-First aid was provided by cleansing the wound with sterile water and applying an antiseptic dressing to help reduce the risk of infection. Vital signs were recorded as follows: BP:110/70,mmHg, PR:76bpm, RR:17, Temp:36.8 °C, SPO:97.First aid was immediately administered by cleansing the wounds with sterile water and applying antiseptic dressings to prevent infection.
1837H- The patient was assessed to be in stable condition. However, his family refused to transport to the nearest medical facility for further medical evaluation and management.
1840H- The patient, accompanied by his family, left the station

EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE
BFP Sinuyak Fire Sub-Station headed by acting Sub-Station Commander, SFO2 Leopoldo T Latian Jr, under the supervision of FINSP RICHARD A PARAME Acting Municipal Fire Marshal KMFS. responded to a medical emergency at Barangay Sinuyak,Katipunan, ZDN.
0830H- A 59-year -old male walk-in patient arrived at Sinuyak FSS seeking medical assistance after slipping and falling on the floor, sustaining a minor laceration and abrasion at the back of his head.

0832H- The patient was assisted into a comfortable position for assessment. Assessment revealed a minor laceration and abrasion measuring approximately one inch at the back of the head. No other apparent injuries were observed.

0834H-Vital signs were recorded: BP:120/80,mmHg, PR:76bpm, RR:17, Temp:36.5 °C, SPO:97.First aid was immediately administered by cleansing the wounds with sterile water and applying antiseptic dressings to prevent infection.

0836H- First aid was provided by cleansing the wound with an antiseptic solution and applying a sterile dressing

0838H- The patient was advised to keep the wound clean and dry and to seek medical attention if symptoms worsened or signs of infection developed’

0840H-The patient was remained conscious, alert, and in stable condition after receiving first aid. He left the station ambulatory and reported no further complaints.

PRE- INVENTORY INSPECTIONS OF PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT

The Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal Zamboanga Del Norte, headed by FSUPT RICHARD C TIMOSA, DSC, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, conducted a Pre- inventory Inspection of Personnel, and Equipment at Sinuyak Fire Sub-Station.
