The Philippine Army will be conducting a Local Recruitment Activity at the Municipal Lobby, Kibawe, Bukidnon on October 06, 2026 | 8:00 AM, where they will assist applicants with pre-screening and registration.

To those who are interested in applying and have not yet taken the AFPSAT, these are the initial requirements to bring:

PESO Kibawe proudly congratulates our very own Municipal PESO Manager, Ms. Laleanne G. Batao, for being recognized as one of the Distinguished Awardees of the 10th Infantry (Agila) Division, Philippine Army, in celebration of its 20th Founding Anniversary.

Last August 27, 2026, Ms. Batao, accompanied by her staff, Kimberly Pangahin and Edsyl Amante, received a plaque of recognition at Headquarters, 10th Infantry (Agila) Division, Philippine Army, Camp General Manuel T Yan Sr., Brgy Tuboran, Mawab, Davao de Oro. This plaque recognizes her unwavering partnership and support for the 10th Infantry (Agila) Division, in advancing peace, security, and community development. Her dedication to public service continues to inspire us all. 🇵🇭

A New Home for PESO Kibawe!

We are happy to share this milestone as the new LGU Kibawe office building officially opens its doors. One of the offices now housed in this new facility is the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).

You may now visit us at our new office for your PESO-related concerns.

Our doors are open Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.

-3,799 recruits for CANDIDATE SOLDIER COURSE (CSC)
Qualification:
1. At least 72 units in college or senior high school
graduate
2. Natural born Filipino Citizen
3. Single with no parental obligation
4. At least 5 feet tall (both Male & Female)
5. Physically and Mentally fit
6. At least 18 years old but not a day older than 26
upon oath-taking
7. No pending case in any court

-800 recruits for OFFICER CANDIDATE COURSE (OCC)
Qualification:
1. Baccalaureate degree holder
2. Natural born Filipino Citizen
3. At least 5 feet tall (both Male & Female)
4. Physically and Mentally fit
5. At least 20 years old but not a day older than 27
upon oath-taking
6. No pending case in any court
