The office maintains a strict policy against fraudulent activities and is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all its dealings.

If you encounter any person or entity misusing the name of 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐁. We also advise the public to exercise caution and verify the credentials of anyone claiming to represent RED Pascual and/or DA-RFO XII.

The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office XII (DA-RFO XII) hereby WARNS the public against unauthorized individuals who are falsely using the name and identity of the Regional Executive Director, Dr. John B. Pascual, to solicit money, favors, or engage in supposed transactions.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭:

𝟏. RED John B. Pascual does NOT authorize, conduct, or participate in any private or personal transactions, solicitations, or negotiations for money, gifts, commissions, or favors, whether directly or through intermediaries;

𝟐. DA-RFO XII does NOT transact through personal phone numbers, private social media accounts, or other unofficial channels;

𝟑. All official communications, programs, projects, payments, and transactions of DA-RFO XII are conducted ONLY through duly issued official documents, recognized offices, and authorized personnel, in accordance with existing government rules and regulations;

𝟒. Any person claiming to represent RED John B. Pascual or DA-RFO XII for monetary or transactional purposes without written authority is committing FRAUD and may be held criminally liable.

The public is encouraged to IMMEDIATELY REPORT any suspicious communication, message, call, or solicitation using the name of RED John B. Pascual or DA-RFO XII to the proper authorities or directly to the official channels of DA-RFO XII.
