The City of Koronadal PNP has turned over to the CGSO twenty seven (27) units shotguns last June 28, 2023 for use in the peace and order program implementation of the different barangays and civil security unit of the LGU.

For the very first time this 2023, the LGU-Koronadal thru the initiatives of the City General Services Office and Records Management Improvement Committee (RMIC) has finally disposed the valueless records of its different departments/offices with the presence of the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP)-RAN, Davao City representatives and COA State Auditor last June 28, 2023.

Finally, the LGU-Koronadal conducted a Public Auction of all its unserviceable Property, Plant and Equipment for the first semester of 2023. The public auction was participated by different bidders which was spearheaded and facilitated by the City Property Disposal Committee and City General Services Office.

The Records Management Improvement Committee (RMIC) conducted a meeting last June 27, 2023 to plan out and decide the disposal mode of the Valueless Records of the LGU that will be soon disposed come July 2023 with the presence of the National Archives of the Philippines-Davao City.
