Ang Pangasiwaan sa Patalaan ng Lupain o Land Registration Authority (LRA) ay nakikiisa sa paggunita ng ika-147 anibersaryo ng kapanganakan ng dating Pangulong Manuel Luis Quezon ngayong araw, ika-19 ng Agosto 2025, alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 6741.
Ang kaniyang mga isinulong na reporma sa lupa ay nagtaguyod sa karapatan ng mga mahihirap at nagsilbing pundasyon ng mga sumunod na programa ng pamahalaan para sa katarungang panlipunan.
Kilala rin ang kaniyang liderato sa pagiging bukas at makatao sa kapwa Pilipino at maging mga estranghero; patunay na ang kalidad ng ating serbisyo publiko noon pa man ay tunay na pagpapala hindi lamang sa ating bansa ngunit maging sa ibang panig ng daigdig.
Ang mga ehemplong ipinamalas ng "Ama ng Wikang Pambansa" para sa pagkakaisa at kaunlaran ng bayan ay nararapat na alalahanin at ipagdiwang.
Kaugnay sa natatanging okasyong ito, suspendido ang operasyon ng trabaho sa LRA Central Office, mga Registries of Deeds sa probinsiya ng Quezon at Aurora, at Registry of Deeds ng Quezon City ngayong araw.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 - Judicial forms must have LRA watermark that is visible through transmitted light, fibers, planchettes and intaglio or border print.

𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 - The serial number located in the upper left portion of the title should be printed in red and duplicate titles are printed in black.

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹 (𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝗥 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 (𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀) - An old title should have a red dry seal; new titles should have a QR code with title details matching your duplicate copy.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 - Any means of difference in annotation, signatures, and the initials from the front and back pages of the Original Certificate Title (OCT) and Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) is a ground of suspicion.

✅ Request for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of their title;
✅ Pay the fees; and
✅ Receive the CTC of their title at the convenience of their home or office.

By using the LRA eSerbisyo Portal, the transacting public shall be able to help LRA in the declogging of its Registries of Deeds and focus on the core registrations services, while they avoid the inconvenience of traveling just to secure a copy of their title.

The following simple steps may be followed for this purpose:

1️⃣ Visit www.eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph;
2️⃣ Click Register to create an account;
3️⃣ Log-in by providing a username and a password;
4️⃣ Submit a Request for Certified True Copy; and
5️⃣ Pay the corresponding fees using the preferred online payment method.

The CTC of the title shall be delivered to the registered Philippine-based address of the requestor.
