As early as dawn, the spirit of unity and safety was already present as the CDRRMO Koronadal Quick Response Team (QRT) was deployed to support the successful conduct of Takbo Para sa Kababaihan 2026. 🏃‍♀️💜

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, the team remained on standby throughout the activity, ready to respond to any medical or emergency needs along the route.

This effort was strengthened through the collaboration of partner agencies and volunteers, including the City Health Office – Health Emergency Management Staff (CHO-HEMS), Koronadal City PNP, City Traffic Management Division Personnel, and Kabalikat Radiocom, whose presence helped maintain order, coordination, and safety during the event.

Through teamwork and preparedness, the activity was carried out smoothly—celebrating women, community, and the shared commitment to public safety.

It is with profound sorrow that we mourn the untimely passing of our beloved City Mayor Eliordo U. Ogena, who also served with unwavering dedication as Chairperson of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council of Koronadal.

His visionary leadership guided our city through triumphs and trials, shielding countless lives from calamity with his decisive and timely resolve and compassion to the victims.

He was more than a leader—he was our steadfast guardian, a pillar of hope, and a true servant of the people.

The CDRRMO Koronadal Quick Response Team tigether with Saravia ETV and CHO-HEMS was deployed to provide medical standby coverage during the Home Design Fun Run held in Brgy. Zone III, Koronadal City. With our ambulance unit and EMS personnel strategically positioned in the area, the team remained on alert to ensure the safety and well-being of all runners, participants, and spectators throughout the activity.

CDRRMO Koronadal continues to support community events by providing reliable emergency medical services and maintaining readiness to respond whenever needed.

The CDRRMO Koronadal successfully conducted a Basic First Aid Training for the NSTP students of Goldenstate College Koronadal.

The activity aimed to equip students with essential life-saving skills such as proper wound care, bandaging, basic emergency response, and the importance of staying calm during critical situations. Through hands-on demonstrations and interactive discussions, the students gained practical knowledge that can help them respond effectively during emergencies.

Building a safer and more resilient community starts with informed and prepared individuals. 💙

🚨 CDRRMO QRT DEPLOYED 🚑

The CDRRMO Quick Response Team (QRT) was successfully deployed to provide medical standby coverage for the Takbumbero 10KM event in Brgy. Paraiso, Koronadal City.

With our ambulance unit and EMS personnel on-site as early as 0500H, the team ensured immediate response capability and the safety of all participants and spectators throughout the activity.

CDRRMO QRT responded to an emergency at the New City Hall Basement, Brgy. Zone III, Koronadal City at 1606H today.

The patient complained of chest pain and was immediately assessed and provided with pre-hospital care by our EMS personnel. The patient was subsequently transported to Allah Valley Medical Specialists Center Inc. Hospital for further evaluation and management. 🚑

CDRRMO Koronadal remains on call 24/7 to serve and protect our community.

CDRRMO Koronadal deployed its Standby Medical Team, ambulance, and EMS personnel during the Region-Wide Oath-Taking Ceremony for Newly Promoted Public School Heads and Teachers on February 23, 2026 at the South Cotabato Cultural Gymnasium.

Our team remained on alert to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

🚑 The CDRRMO Quick Response Team (QRT) ambulance responded to an obstetric emergency on February 21, 2026 at 1340H in Brgy. Esperanza, Koronadal City. The patient complained of abdominal pain. Immediate assessment and pre-hospital care were provided by the responding team, and the patient was safely transported to South Cotabato Provincial Hospital (SCPH) for further medical evaluation and management.
