Bilang suporta sa paghahanda para sa pagbubukas ng klase, nakiisa ang Pamahalaang Barangay ng Carpenter Hill sa isinagawang 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐄𝐬𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐚 sa 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐩𝐞 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐆𝐄𝐒) 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒).

Pinangunahan ni Barangay Captain Argie Pastera ang pakikiisa ng barangay kasama sina Barangay Kagawad 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚, 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐚 at ang mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Kabataan sa pamumuno ni SK Chairman Ryan Gabato Duarte.

Kabilang sa mga isinagawang gawain ang paglilinis ng paligid ng paaralan at paggapas ng mga damo upang maging ligtas at maayos ang kapaligiran para sa mga mag-aaral.

Personal na nagsagawa ng paggapas gamit ang mower sina Barangay Captain 𝐀𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚 at Barangay Kagawad Emmanuel Pastera , katuwang ang Barangay Driver na si Phoebe Ventura.

Ang kanilang aktibong pakikilahok ay nagpapakita ng dedikasyon ng mga opisyal ng barangay sa pagsuporta sa edukasyon at kapakanan ng kabataan.
Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagkilos at bayanihan, patuloy na ipinapakita ng Barangay Carpenter Hill ang kanyang pakikiisa sa mga programang naglalayong mapabuti ang kalidad ng edukasyon at matiyak ang isang malinis, ligtas, at kaaya-ayang kapaligiran sa pag-aaral.

The center of the eye of Typhoon DOMENG was estimated based on all available data at 710 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (24.8°N, 127.2°E).

• Intensity
Maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 150 km/h, and central pressure of 975 hPa

• Present Movement
Northward at 20 km/h

• Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds
Strong to typhoon-force winds extend outwards up to 500 km from the center

The enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon and the periphery of DOMENG will bring strong to gale-force gusts over the following areas (especially in coastal and upland areas exposed to winds):

• Today: Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Panay Island, and Negros Occidental.
• Tomorrow (02 June): Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Central Luzon, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur.
• Wednesday (03 June): Ilocos Region, Benguet, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Central Luzon, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Aklan, and Capiz.

HAZARDS AFFECTING COASTAL WATERS

➣ 24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook
Up to rough seas over the following coastal waters:
• Up to 3.0 m: The northern and eastern seaboards of Batanes.
• Mariners of small seacrafts, including all types of motorbancas, are advised not to venture out to sea under these conditions, especially if inexperienced of operating ill-equipped vessels.

Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters:
• Up to 2.5 m: The seaboard of Isabela; the remaining seaboard of Batanes; the northern and eastern seaboards of Babuyan Islands and Catanduanes; the northeastern seaboard of Aurora; the northern seaboards of Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur; the eastern seaboards of mainland Cagayan; the southern seaboard of Kalayaan Islands.
• Up to 2.0 m: The remaining seaboards of Aurora and Kalayaan Islands; the northern seaboard of Ilocos Norte; the northern and eastern seaboards of Northern Samar; the eastern seaboards of Sorsogon and Eastern Samar; the western seaboard of Palawan.
• Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions.

Other coastal waters have forecast wave heights of less than 2.0 m.

TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK
• It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall and severe winds may still be experienced in localities outside the forecast confidence cone. Refer to “Other Hazards affecting Land Areas” for more details. Furthermore, the track may still shift within the limit of the forecast confidence cone.
• Typhoon DOMENG will begin moving north northeastward today towards southern Japan. This tropical cyclone will likely exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this noon.
• DOMENG began weakening while moving towards Okinawa, Japan.

Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials. For heavy rainfall warnings, thunderstorm/rainfall advisories, and other severe weather information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your local PAGASA Regional Services Division.
