Temporary Full Closure of Topland Bridge Starting November 5, 2025
The Office of the Provincial Engineer – Province of South Cotabato informs the public that Topland Bridge, connecting Brgy. Topland (Koronadal City) and Brgy. Buto (Tampakan), will be fully closed to all types of traffic starting tomorrow, November 5, 2025, until further notice.
This closure is necessary to allow our team to thoroughly assess the structural integrity of the bridge and carry out temporary immediate repairs to ensure everyone’s safety.
We sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation during this period and encourage motorists and commuters to take alternative routes. Updates will be provided as soon as the bridge is deemed safe for public use.

Esparagosa, CE, GE, MPA, a joint project inspection was conducted for the ongoing construction of the box culvert along Sinolon – Tinongcop Mt. – Jct. Lambulok Road in the Municipality of T'boli.
This inspection aims to ensure that the project adheres to approved plans, technical specifications, and quality standards—guaranteeing a durable and safe structure for the benefit of motorists and nearby residents.

Our maintenance crew personnel under the guidance and leadership of our Provincial Engineer Lloyd Esparagosa conducted asphalt cold mix patching activities on the construction joints of several bridges in the City of Koronadal to restore surface continuity and prevent water ingress through the expansion gaps. The work involved cleaning the affected areas, applying tack coat, and placing and compacting cold mix asphalt material. Work completed safely with minimal traffic disruption.
