Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship Program is an educational flagship of the Provincial Government of South Cotabato since 2003.
In connection to this, there will be fundraising dinner and variety show for the KABUGWASON PAGLAUM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM this coming July 17, 2018/6:00 p.m. at the Fiesta Filipino Grand Ballroom, The Farm at Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.
