In support of the Department of Education's annual Brigada Eskwela Program, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office XII proudly joined the Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kick-Off Program held at Marbel 7 National High School, City of Koronadal, on June 1, 2026.
Through the spirit of volunteerism, partnership, and community service, BJMP ROXII reaffirmed its commitment to nation-building by supporting initiatives that promote a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for learners.
The activity also highlighted the importance of collaboration among government agencies, local stakeholders, parents, and community members in preparing schools for the opening of classes.
As public servants, BJMP personnel continue to extend their service beyond jail management by actively participating in programs that uplift communities and contribute to the development of future generations.

Applicants are reminded to:
-Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.๏ฟฝ-Bring complete laboratory results, panoramic dental X-ray, and all required medical documents in a long brown envelope properly labeled with your LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL.๏ฟฝ
-Wear the prescribed attire:
* White Roundneck T-Shirt
* Blue Maong Pants
* Skeletal Buckle Garrison Belt (Silver)
* Dominant White Rubber Shoes
-Observe proper hygiene, grooming, and decorum at all times.๏ฟฝ-Ensure that all submitted documents are authentic, complete, and accurate.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Office XII successfully conducted the Fi****ms Proficiency Training and RDโs Retirement Funshoot on May 21, 2026, at the BJMP-XII Firing Range, General Santos City Jail-Male Dormitory (GSCJ-MD) Compound, Brgy. Apopong, General Santos City.
The activity was participated in by the Regional Director JCSUPT ARNEL U PERALTA, DSC together with the Command Group, Regional Office staff, Wardens, STAR Teams, range officers, facilitators, and participating shooters from various jail units regionwide.
The Fi****ms Proficiency phase assessed the participantsโ firearm handling skills, accuracy, safety awareness, and familiarity with standard operational procedures through practical shooting exercises conducted under proper supervision and evaluation.
Meanwhile, the Retirement Fun Shoot served as a tribute and recognition for the invaluable service, leadership, and dedication of the retiring Regional Director. The activity further strengthened camaraderie, teamwork, sportsmanship, and morale among BJMP personnel from different offices and jail units across the region.
The overall conduct of the activity was peaceful, orderly, and successful through the cooperation and active participation of all concerned personnel, facilitators, range officers, and participating jail units. Strict firearm safety measures and operational protocols were observed throughout the duration of the activity.
