1. All photographs intended for the online poll, including both daytime and nighttime images shall be 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐎𝐏𝐈𝐎) to ensure consistency, quality and compliance with established standards.

2. Follow the official page of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAg) – South Cotabato, where the online voting will be conducted.

3. Voting will officially open on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐚𝐭 𝟑:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 and will close on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐚𝐭 𝟑:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

4. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 ❤️ 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 on the official OPAg Facebook post shall be 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬.

5. Other Facebook reactions such as 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐇𝐚𝐡𝐚, 𝐖𝐨𝐰, 𝐒𝐚𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 in the vote count.

6. Only organic Heart Reactions will be considered valid. Reactions generated through boosted posts, paid promotions, or any form of artificial engagement shall not be counted.

7. The Bahay Kubo entry that receives the highest number of valid and organic Heart Reactions at the end of the voting period shall be declared the People’s Choice Award Winner.

As part of its commitment to ensuring fair, transparent, and accurate real property assessment, the Office of the City Assessor, headed by City Assessor Maria Rhea Connie R. Apostol, MPA, REA, conducted a Consultation Dialogue on July 15, 2026, at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Sto. Niño, City of Koronadal.

The activity was organized in response to a property owner’s request for the reassessment, reclassification, and issuance of a Tax Declaration involving a segregated parcel of land. Recognizing the importance of validating ownership and property information, the Office invited nineteen (19) declared property owners to participate in the consultation.

The dialogue provided an avenue for the verification of ownership records and the identification of the subject property through the collective knowledge and cooperation of adjoining and nearby property owners. This participatory approach not only ensured the accuracy of the assessment process but also promoted transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement in the administration of real property records.

The activity reflects the Office’s continuing dedication to delivering responsive and efficient public service while upholding the principles of due process and proper land administration.

The Office of the City Assessor extends its sincere appreciation to Barangay Captain Banaria and the Barangay Council of Barangay Sto. Niño for their invaluable assistance in coordinating and facilitating the successful conduct of the consultation dialogue. Their unwavering support exemplifies the strong partnership between the City Government and the barangay in advancing good governance and providing quality public service to the people of Koronadal.
