DSWD FO XII, naghatid ng tulong sa mga pamilyang apektado ng pagbaha sa Carmen

Carmen, Cotabato Province – Namahagi ang Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XII (DSWD FO XII), sa pamamagitan ng Disaster Response Management Division (DRMD), ng 255 Family Food Packs sa mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng pagbaha sa bayan ng Carmen, Cotabato Province noong June 4, 2026.

Dulot ng malakas na pag-ulan na dala ng parehong weather system, umapaw ang ilang daluyan ng tubig na nagresulta sa pagbaha sa ilang barangay sa Carmen at karatig na mga lugar sa lalawigan.

Agad na nagsagawa ng relief distribution ang DSWD FO XII upang matugunan ang agarang pangangailangan ng mga apektadong pamilya at matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na paghahatid ng tulong sa gitna ng kalamidad, alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na paigtingin ang mabilis at maagap na pagtugon sa mga komunidad na apektado ng sakuna.

Mga Case Management Workers ng 4Ps, Nakatanggap ng Tablet Devices

Nakatanggap ng mga tablet device ang mga Case Management Workers ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program o 4Ps upang mapabilis ang monitoring at assessment ng kalagayan ng mga benepisyaryo ng programa.

Pinangunahan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XII ang pamamahagi ng kabuuang 657 tablet devices sa mga City at Municipal Links sa buong rehiyon.

Ayon kay Anwar Lidasan, ang Computer Maintenance Technologist II ng DSWD XII 4Ps, layunin ng inisyatibong ito na gawing mas mabilis at episyente ang pangangalap ng datos at pagsasagawa ng assessment sa mga benepisyaryo, lalo na sa pagpapatupad ng mga proseso para sa pagpapatuloy at pagtatapos ng kanilang pagiging bahagi ng programa.

Ngayong taon, mahigit 40,000 potensyal na benepisyaryo ang sumailalim sa validation bilang mga posibleng bagong miyembro ng 4Ps.

Kasabay nito, nagpapatuloy rin ang DSWD sa pag-evaluate at pag-e-exit ng mga benepisyaryong nakamit na ang economic sufficiency at social adequacy, bilang bahagi ng layunin ng programa na matulungan ang mga pamilyang makaahon sa kahirapan.

Matagumpay ang patuloy na pagsasagawa ng Program Orientation ng DSWD FO XII–SFP sa Koronadal City

Koronadal City – Matagumpay na isinagawa ng Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XII (DSWD FO XII), sa pamamagitan ng Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP), ang isang komprehensibong Program Orientation para sa mga Child Development Workers (CDWs) ng Koronadal City.

Pinangunahan nina Kimberly Lagrimas, RND, Mary Jean I. Ayen, RSW, at Karla Dominique Dela Cruz ang oryentasyon, kung saan masusing tinalakay ang mga probisyon ng Omnibus Guidelines for the Implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program and Milk Feeding Program.

Kabilang sa mga natalakay ang mga tungkulin at responsibilidad ng mga implementer, wastong pamamahala ng feeding activities, monitoring and evaluation procedures, at iba pang mahahalagang proseso upang matiyak ang maayos at episyenteng pagpapatupad ng programa.

Patuloy na nakatuon ang DSWD FO XII sa pagpapalakas ng kapasidad ng mga program implementers at sa pagsusulong ng mga programang naglalayong mapabuti ang kalusugan, nutrisyon, at pangkalahatang kapakanan ng mga bata sa rehiyon.

TINGNAN: Nagsagawa ng monitoring at beneficiary verification ang Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XII RRP South Cotabato Team, kasama ang PSWDO at Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance (AVLDA), sa Santa Barbara LAWA at BINHI Association at Brgy. Lamsalome sa Tboli, South Cotabato noong Hunyo 3, 2026 bilang bahagi ng Project LAWA at BINHI.

Sinuri rin ng team ang kalagayan at progreso ng mga proyekto ng partner-beneficiaries at isinagawa rin ang verification ng kanilang identification cards upang matiyak ang maayos na dokumentasyon at validation.

Samantala, sa Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, nagsagawa rin ng monitoring at assessment para sa Cash-for-Work activities ang RRP Sultan Kudarat Team kung saan aktibong nakibahagi ang mga partner-beneficiaries sa pagpapalawak ng communal garden at pagpapaunlad ng fishpond para sa mas sustainable na produksyon.

DSWD FO XII–Supplementary Feeding Program nagsagawa ng Program Orientation sa Bayan ng Carmen

Carmen, Cotabato Province – Matagumpay na isinagawa ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XII sa ilalim ng Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) ang Program Orientation para sa mga Child Development Workers (CDWs) ng bayan ng Carmen.

Pinangunahan ni Chei Ann Marie T. Hernandez, Nutrition-Dietitian II, ang oryentasyon kung saan tinalakay ang mga mahahalagang alituntunin at gabay sa implementasyon ng programa.

Nakiisa rin ang Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) sa pangunguna ng kinatawan nitong si Rochiel S. Mamaclay, Administrative Assistant IV, na nagbigay ng karagdagang gabay at impormasyon hinggil sa wastong pagpapatupad ng programa.

Nagpaabot din ng buong suporta sina Rahib A. Abas ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) at Shella May T. Narvaiz, SFP Focal Person, para sa matagumpay na implementasyon ng programa ngayong taon.

Binigyang-diin nila ang kahalagahan ng program orientation bilang paghahanda sa mga CDWs sa kanilang mahalagang tungkulin sa paghahatid ng serbisyo sa mga benepisyaryo.

Area Coordinating Teams from 8 municipalities equipped through Basic Training for Community Resilience Implementation Process

Koronadal City - A total of eight municipalities participated in the Basic Training for Area Coordinating Teams (ACTs) as part of the preparations for the implementation of the Community Resilience Implementation Process (CRIP). The activity aims to equip field implementers with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate community-driven and resilience-focused development interventions.

During the training, participants were oriented on the key processes, principles, and objectives of CRIP. Discussions focused on strengthening community participation, promoting inclusive planning, and enhancing collaboration among stakeholders to ensure that development initiatives effectively address local needs and priorities.

“CRIP is more than a process—it is a commitment to empower communities to identify their needs, make informed decisions, and build resilience through collective action. The role of every ACT is crucial in ensuring that communities are at the center of development,” said Deputy National Program Manager Didith Bosoen during her presentation on the Community Resilience Implementation Process.

“Community resilience begins with empowered communities and dedicated field workers. As frontliners of this process, you play a vital role in ensuring that every intervention responds to the needs of the people and contributes to sustainable development,” said Regional Director Loreto Jr. V. Cabaya in his message of support to the participants.

The Basic Training forms part of the program’s capacity-building efforts to ensure that ACTs are fully prepared to implement the Community Resilience Implementation Process of DSWD KALAHI CIDSS - PCRP and support sustainable development outcomes in their respective municipalities.
