The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, led by Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. through the OPSWDO under Ms. Sonia L. Bautista, successfully conducted the Child Development Workers Congress 2025 on October 20–22 at Mt. Sabrina Resort, Glan, Sarangani Province. Day 1 featured sessions on professional appearance, nutrition updates, and the NC III orientation, followed by a meaningful Worship Night that reinforced the Congress’ core values of being mapagkalinga, makabayan, and makabata.
The second day highlighted Zumba for wellness, team-building activities, the SOCOFEDWA General Assembly, and the release of honorarium as a gesture of appreciation to CDWs, capped by a vibrant Dance Presentation Night. The Child Development Workers Congress 2025 stands as a celebration of dedication, unity, and service, strengthening the foundation of early childhood care and inspiring CDWs to continue shaping a brighter future for every child.
