๐ CHED XII CELEBRATES 5 OUTSTANDING HEIs IN HEALTH PROMOTION! ๐
Five Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Region XII were recognized as Most Outstanding Health Promotion-Integrated NSTP-CWTS Programs for SY 2025โ2026 during the Healthy Settings Award 2026 of the DOH-CHD SOCCSKSARGEN, held on September 29, 2026, at The Farm at Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.

CHED Region XII also received a Plaque of Appreciation for its invaluable partnership, unwavering support, and meaningful contribution to the successful implementation of the initiative.
This marks the first regional initiative recognizing HEIs and NSTP implementation under the Healthy Learning Institutions program, highlighting the strengthened partnership between DOH-CHD SOCCSKSARGEN and CHED XII in advancing health promotion in higher education.
Representing CHED XII Regional Director Rody P. Garcia, MDM, JD, Ed.D., was Dr. Marvin S. Alagbay, Education Supervisor II and NSTP Regional Focal Person.
CHED XII encourages more HEIs to join the next awarding cycle and continue making NSTP a meaningful platform for health promotion, community engagement, and nation-building.
