Tungod sa sini nga selebrasyon, nahatagan guid sang kalipay ang mga kabataan kag nagapamatuod nga bisan sa ila nga kinalain ginahatagan guid sila sang importansya kag ginapabatyag guid nga sila parte sang komunidad.

Together, we stand for this year's theme: " Rights First, Legislation Forward - Strategic Actions For Equal Participation and Inclusive Development." May we continue to promote inclusion, uphold the rights of persons with disabilities, and build a community where everyone belongs.

You're life, Kuya Niño, may have come short in this lifetime but the memories of you with your family, friends, classmates and teachers will forever be in our hearts because you have touched us in a quiet yet unforgettable way.

We will always remember your laughter, the way you greeted your teachers and classmates, and the small but meaningful moments that showed your true self, a child without pretend. You've made our school days richer by simply being part of them.

Your presence may no longer fill our Sped Center, but your memory will forever remain in them.
