LONG-AWAITED CLOA TURNED OVER TO LA PAZ

PARPO II Engr. Rudy S. Solomon personally handed over to Hon. Michael D. Lim and his team the long-awaited CLOA for Lot 239-B, CAD-701-D occupied by the La Paz Municipal Hospital prior to the registration of the Collective CLOA covering Lot 239, CAD-701-D and its subsequent parcelization under Project SPLIT.

BARC Oath-Taking for Project SPLIT✍️⚖️

The BARC Oath-Taking Ceremony commenced at the DARAB Office, administered by PARAD Erwin G. Ruiz, for the Qualified ARBs of Lot 790 and Lot 2370, all within CAD-701-D, in connection with the processing of the landholdings under Project SPLIT.

RE-ISSUANCE OF LOST CCLOA 📜

Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) attended the conduct of the hearing on their petitions for the re-issuance of lost collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) — a vital document in the registration and issuance of individual e-Titles under Project SPLIT.

📑 ODC Retrieval for Project SPLIT - Lot 2536, CAD-701-D, Brgy. Halapitan, La Paz, Agusan del Sur

DARMO La Paz continues to support the implementation of Project SPLIT through the retrieval of Original Documents of Conveyance (ODCs) needed for the processing of redocumentation of landholdings under the CY 2026 Target.

PULONG-PULONG 🤝🌾

A Pulong-Pulong was conducted for the NDC-GOL landholding covering Lot No. 1233, CAD-701-D, with an area of 15.0537 hectares, located in Brgy. Villapaz, La Paz, Agusan del Sur.

The activity was attended by the potential Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) of the area and was graced by Brgy. Captain Narciso C. Lumba, together with the DAR Municipal Office (DARMO) La Paz Team.

The activity provided an avenue for dialogue, information-sharing and clarification on matters concerning the implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) in the area.

📑 ODC Retrieval for Project SPLIT

DARMO La Paz continues to support the implementation of Project SPLIT through the retrieval of Original Duplicate Certificate (ODCs) needed for the processing of redocumentation of landholdings under the CY 2026 Target.

This effort forms part of the continuing initiatives of DARMO La Paz to facilitate the documentation and eventual issuance of e-Titles to qualified Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).
