These plaques may carry the name of our SK, but this achievement belongs to ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ข๐ก๐ who walked this journey with us โ our SK officials, KK members, volunteers, partner organizations, barangay and municipal officials, and most especially, the youth of Barangay Poblacion. ๐ซถ
