The Municipality of Lal-lo proudly marks the successful participation of its four (4) selected SK Chairpersons in the National Youth Commission's SK Continuing Training – Sakto Skills Serye, held on July 21–23, 2026 at Zen Hotel, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

Out of 50 outgoing SK Chairpersons from across Region II, four (4) representatives from Lal-lo were selected to take part in this three-day leadership and skills development training designed to strengthen competencies, reflect on public service, and prepare young leaders for future endeavors.

Today, the SK Federation of Lal-lo proudly turned over trash bins, cleaning materials, curtains, and other essential supplies to Bical National High School.

As a newly established school with only three classrooms and one faculty room, Bical National High School continues to grow and strive to provide quality education to its students. Through this simple initiative, we hope to contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more conducive learning environment for both learners and educators.

This activity reflects the commitment of the youth leaders of Lal-lo to serve, inspire, and make a meaningful difference in our community. Together, we prove that even small acts of service can create a lasting impact.

The SK Federation of Lal-lo would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to LNB President, Hon. Wilson Pascual and Barangay Captain of Centro, Hon. Edwin Umayam for generously allowing us to use the NBLB vehicles during the turnover of donations to Bical National High School.
