Ang opisina sang Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office VI (DSWD FO VI) mangin temporanyo nga untat sa paghatag sang Guarantee Letter ukon GL sa idalom sang programa nga Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) kag Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) umpisa Nobyembre 30, 2025.
Apang ginapaabot sang opisina nga magapadayon gihapon ang paghatag sang serbisyo sa AICS kag AKAP para sa tanan nga nagakinahanglan, bisan pa may limitado nga pinansyal nga bulig.
Ini nga anunsyo nagabase sa memorandum nga ginpaguwa sang DSWD Central Office para sa tanan nga rehiyon. Ini man masunod sa Financial Management Guideline No. 53 (2025) sang ahensya.
Tuyo sini nga hatagan sang igo nga tion ang opisina agud maproseso ang tanan nga bayad para sa mga serbisyo nga ginpanghatag sang mga Service Providers para sa mga nagakinahanglan gamit ang GL.

Together with the staff from MDRRMO, Municipal Engineering Office, and SB Mae Claire Letrero, MSWDO staff validated the reported partially damaged houses, internally displaced persons (IDP) or people who were forced to flee their homes due to calamities and disasters in barangays Capangyan and Bayuco, and the landslide site at Brgy. Bonbon today, November 25, 2025.
The reported damages were caused by the heavy rains and wind brought by the onslaught of Tropical Depression Verbena.
All validated reports were based on the data forwarded by the barangays.
Those with damaged homes during calamities are encouraged to report the damages in your respective barangays within 24 hours after the calamity strikes for proper assessment and reporting.

As of 2:00 PM today, 23 November 2025, the Low Pressure area (LPA 11b) is being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has a "HIGH" chance to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Used clothes donations from kind-hearted Lambunaonons are now being sorted and prepped for distribution to typhoon affected communities in Lambunao.
Distribution of these clothes will be distributed to families with totally and partially damaged houses. The selection of beneficiaries will be subjected to validation and assessment of the MSWDO and their respective barangays.

⚠️PUBLIC ADVISORY⚠️
This is with regard to the reports received by DSWD Field Office VI that some barangay officials allegedly took portions of the cash assistance distributed through the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program.
DSWD Field Office VI reminds all beneficiaries that the full amount received during the official payout belongs to them. No one is allowed to take or reduce any portion of the assistance, whether during or after the payout.
Those who have experienced this or any similar incident are encouraged to report it immediately to DSWD Field Office VI. The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. DSWD staff will assist clients in documenting their concerns and guide them through the reporting process.
Under the directive of Secretary Rex Gatchalian, DSWD Field Office VI is giving this matter high priority. We encourage all affected beneficiaries to visit the regional office so that their concerns can be properly recorded and addressed.
DSWD VI assures clients that reports will be handled confidentially and that their privacy will be protected.

Napa early ang Christmas sa MSWDO!
Lambunao MSWDO enjoyed a Team Lunch as an almost a yearend treat to celebrate and foster hardwork, teamwork, and camaraderie in social work for the benefit of Lambunao.
Also present was Committee on Social Work Chairperson SB Member Mae Claire Letrero.
