MINISTRY PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT CONFERENCE | CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Basilan District Engineering Office – Ministry of Public Works (MPW-BARMM) participated in the Ministry Performance Assessment Conference held at Limketkai Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

The Basilan DEO delegation was led by Acting District Engineer Engr. Alnaif Ronie A. Cuevas, MPA, together with the Section Chiefs of the Basilan District Engineering Office.

The conference served as an avenue to review the Ministry’s accomplishments, assess ongoing programs and activities, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen coordination toward the effective delivery of public infrastructure projects and services.

Through performance assessment, teamwork, and shared commitment, the Basilan DEO continues to uphold accountability, efficiency, and excellence in public service.

REGIONAL VALIDATION TEAM | COURTESY CALL

The Regional Validation Team paid a courtesy visit to the Basilan District Engineering Office, led by Acting District Engineer Engr. Alnaif Ronie A. Cuevas, MPA, together with Chief, Planning Section Engr. Abdelmalik I. Jaljalis.

The courtesy call formed part of the team’s regional validation activities for the proposed CY 2028 projects, aimed at validating project proposals, assessing site conditions, and ensuring that the proposed projects are responsive to the needs and priorities of the community.

The Basilan DEO remains committed to strengthening coordination and collaboration with the Regional Office in support of well-planned, responsive, and sustainable infrastructure development.

A TURNOVER OF TRUST, A COMMITMENT TO SERVICE

Today marks a meaningful milestone for the Municipality of Ungkaya Pukan as Engr. Alnaif Ronie A. Cuevas, MPA, Acting District Engineer, officially turned over the Government Center of Ungkaya Pukan to the Municipal Government, represented by Hon. Jomar M. Maturan, Municipal Mayor.

The occasion was graced by the presence of Hon. Jim H. Salliman, Vice Governor of Basilan, together with his party, mayors from different municipalities, and some members of Parliament. Their presence reflected the spirit of unity, cooperation, and collective commitment to advancing public service and development across the province.

The activity also served as a courtesy call to Hon. Jomar M. Maturan, further strengthening the partnership between the Basilan District Engineering Office and the Municipal Government in pursuing projects and initiatives that bring meaningful benefits to the people of Ungkaya Pukan.
