PUBLIC ADVISORY: FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC) - SCHEDULE UPDATE

Good news, IFUGAO residents!

The Land Transportation Office - LAMUT District Office, will conduct a FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) in line with the Handog Events of Department of Transportation(DOTr).

REMINDER:
The TDC is a required seminar by LTO for applicants of Student Permits. This 2-day course will teach you road safety, road discipline, and traffic rules and regulations.

The DOTr-CAR mourns the passing of our colleague and friend, Sir JORDAN T. DOMICLONG of the New Registration Unit, who passed away on August 25, 2026.

Sir Jordan was a dedicated, hardworking public servant, and a brave, loving father. His commitment to service and his kind spirit will always be remembered.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Sir Jordan. You will be deeply missed.

LTFRB CORDILLERA FUEL SUBSIDY UPDATE

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) – Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) continues the distribution of the Fuel Subsidy Program for qualified Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) operators and drivers.

Distribution Status

• 1,899 beneficiaries (967 Drivers and 932 Operators)
• ₱7,933,000.00 claimed (Batch 1 ₱ 2,944,000.00 & Batch 2 ₱ 4,989,000.00)

If your name appears on the list, please visit the LTFRB-CAR Office, Pacdal, Baguio City, and claim your fuel subsidy check as soon as possible.

Requirements for Claiming
For Individual Beneficiaries:

✔ Duly accomplished Deed of Undertaking Form to be signed by the claimant (The form is available free of charge at the LTFRB-CAR Office.)

✔ One (1) valid government-issued ID with three (3) specimen signatures

For Cooperatives/Corporations:
✔ Duly accomplished Undertaking Form signed by the Chairman, Manager, and Treasurer (The form is available free of charge at the LTFRB-CAR Office.)

✔ Board Resolution authorizing the designated representative to claim the fuel subsidy check on behalf of the cooperative or corporation.

✔ Valid government-issued IDs of the Chairman, Manager, and Treasurer, each bearing three (3) specimen signatures.

✔ One (1) originally signed Acknowledgement Form, signed by all beneficiaries of the TSE. You may download or access the form through the following link:

Important Reminder

Qualified operators and drivers are encouraged to verify their status and claim their fuel subsidy at the soonest possible time to avoid delays and ensure that the assistance reaches its intended beneficiaries.

𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎

Muling ipinababatid ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa publiko na pansamantalang hindi magagamit ang Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) dahil sa isang technical issue na katulad ng naranasang aberya noong nakaraang linggo.

Kasalukuyang ginagawa ng LTO ang mga kinakailangang hakbang upang maibalik sa normal ang operasyon ng sistema sa lalong madaling panahon. Kasabay nito, pinag-aaralan din ang mga posibleng solusyon at isinasagawa ang mga pagpapahusay sa sistema upang mabawasan ang pagkaantala ng serbisyo at maiwasan ang mga katulad na aberya sa hinaharap.

Habang isinasagawa ang mga hakbang na ito, maaaring hindi magamit pansamantala ang mga transaksyong may kaugnayan sa LTMS. Dahil dito, pinapayuhan ang lahat ng tanggapan at mga kinauukulan na ipagpaliban muna ang mga transaksyon sa LTMS hanggang sa maglabas ng panibagong abiso.

Tinitiyak ng ahensya na prayoridad ang agarang maibalik sa normal ang operasyon ng sistema. Magbibigay ang LTO ng karagdagang abiso sa sandaling ganap nang maibalik ang serbisyo.

Pansamantalang offline ang Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) dahil sa nararanasan na technical issue, ngayong araw ika-3 Hunyo 2026.

Sa kasalukuyan, pansamantalang tigil operasyon ang mga sumusunod na serbisyo:

• Renewal ng driver’s license
• Rehistro ng mga sasakyan
• Lahat ng kaugnay na ancillary services

Pinaaalalahanan ang lahat na pansamantalang ipagpaliban muna ang kanilang mga transaksyon at manatiling nakaantabay sa opisyal na mga anunsyo ng ahensya para sa updates.

Kami po ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa inyong pag-unawa, pasensya, at pakikiisa.

Agad na maglalabas ng abiso ang ahensya sa sandaling may progreso na sa system.

The MID team is closely monitoring the situation, and we are in coordination to ensure connectivity is restored as quickly as possible.
