Maybe right now you will see many post saying BAD THINGS about investing in a Condominium because of what happened.

1. Please note that North Tower B of Grand Residences or the Building enveloped with FIRE is still UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Meaning...
Fire measures and preventions like the Sprinklers are not yet fully operational because the Building is still under construction. Yes, while under construction there will be Fire Extinguishers but other Preventive measures such as Sprinklers are not yet Operational.

Remember!
If nahuman nana ang Building and naa nay namuyo operational na ang mga Sprinklers, Breakers and Fuses so the fire won’t spread.
