Adunay Community Assembly Validation kuyog ang DSWD karong April 23, 2026 time and venue to be announced alang sa mga eligible beneficiaries for special registration sa 4Ps.

Requirements:
-Birth Certificate
-Marriage contract (if married)
-Death Certificate (if naay deceased members)
-Philsys ID (Dapat registered sa Philsys registration ang tanang member)
-School attendance Certificate
- Valid ID/Form 138 (alang sa mga bata NASA edad nga nag eskwela)
-Health Attendance Certificate
(para sa mga buntis/o mga myembro nga nag edad ug 0-5 years old)
-PWD ID/Medical Certificate
(alang sa mga myembro nga adunay kapansanan).
-No Philsys, No Registration
