The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 π‘πŽπƒπŽπ‹π…πŽ 𝐏. 𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐀, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, together with the Lapu-Lapu City Fire District (LLCFD), headed by 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐋 𝐒 𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀, District Fire Marshal, participated in the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Lapu-Lapu City Hall Grounds.

The ceremony was followed by the ceremonial turnover of twelve (12) brand-new scooters acquired by the Lapu-Lapu City Fire District through the 20% Fire Code fee disbursement provided by the Local Government Unit of Lapu-Lapu City.

Also in attendance were π…π’πˆππ’π π‰πŽπ‡π πŠπ„π•πˆπ 𝐁. 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐀, Deputy District Fire Marshal / Fire Marshal, Mactan Fire Station, LLCFD, and π…π’πˆππ’π ππ‡πŽπ„ππˆπ— πŒπ€π‚πŠπ„ππ™πˆπ„ 𝐋 π†πŽπ‚π”π€π, Chief, Operations Branch, LLCFD / Fire Marshal, Gun-ob Fire Station.

The additional mobility resources will further strengthen the operational capabilities of the LLCFD, particularly in fire prevention, inspection, emergency response, community engagement, and other public safety operations across Lapu-Lapu City.

The Lapu-Lapu City Fire District extends its warmest appreciation to Hon. Ma. Cynthia β€œCindi” King-Chan, City Mayor of Lapu-Lapu, and the Lapu-Lapu City Government for their continued support and commitment to enhancing the capabilities and resources of our firefighters.

Together, we continue to build a safer and more fire-resilient Lapu-Lapu City.
