𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐋𝐚𝐩𝐮-𝐋𝐚𝐩𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 - 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤-𝐭𝐨-𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐄𝐬𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Under the leadership of Jail Warden 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐆, duly represented by 𝐉𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐍𝐄𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐁 𝐋𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐍 Assistant Jail Warden, together with personnel of this facility, actively participated the Back-to-School Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Soong Elementary School, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu on June 1, 2026.

This activity is in line with the commitment of the personnel of Lapu-Lapu City Jail – Male Dormitory to support the Department of Education in creating a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment by mobilizing community stakeholders and volunteers in the preparation and improvement of school facilities prior to the opening of classes.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Under the leadership of 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐆, Lapu-Lapu City Jail - Male Dormitory conducted its regular Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, symbolizing unity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to public service.

As we gather this first Monday of the month of June, we are reminded that every new beginning is an opportunity to renew our commitment to service, discipline, and integrity. The raising of our flag symbolizes not only our respect for our nation but also our shared responsibility to uphold its values in all that we do.

Under the leadership of Jail Warden 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐆 and in coordination with the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐩𝐮-𝐋𝐚𝐩𝐮 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐏), personnel of this facility took part in a Drug Symposium which highlighted the harmful effects of illegal drugs on health and emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy and safe lifestyle. Drug testing was likewise conducted to ensure that personnel remain vigilant, accountable, and physically and mentally fit in carrying out their duties effectively. The activity also reinforces professionalism and strengthens public trust and confidence in the institution.

𝑂𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑙𝑙, 𝑑𝑟𝑢𝑔 𝑡𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑠𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑠 𝑎 𝑑𝑟𝑢𝑔-𝑓𝑟𝑒𝑒 𝑒𝑛𝑣𝑖𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡, 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑡𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑠 𝑝𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑐 𝑠𝑎𝑓𝑒𝑡𝑦, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑠 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑒𝑟 𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑦𝑙𝑒 𝑐ℎ𝑜𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑠.

𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 | Under the leadership of Jail Warden 𝐉𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐆, and in coordination with the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 (𝐏𝐃𝐄𝐀) 𝐕𝐈𝐈, this facility conducted a Joint Greyhound Operation with the goal of strengthening security measures, and eliminating contraband and its proliferation inside the jail.

Greyhound operations exemplify proactive security measures aimed at safeguarding both personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs). The continuous implementation of greyhound operations underscores the Bureau’s dedication to upholding a safe, orderly, and humane custodial environment through strict enforcement of policies, regular inspection, and coordinated security efforts.
