CRIME PREVENTION AWARENESS / DISTRIBUTION OF FLYERS
At around 10:30 AM on June 3,2026, Wcpd Mactan together with PCR PNCO, under the direct supervision of PMAJ FELIX C CLEOPAS III, Officer-In-Charge, successfully conducted a Crime Prevention Awareness Activity and distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials at Brgy. Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City.
The activity aimed to enhance public awareness and understanding of Republic Act No. 11313 (Safe Spaces Act) and Republic Act No. 8353 (Anti-Rape Law), emphasizing the importance of creating a safe, respectful, SUMVAC 2026, and gender-sensitive environment within the community. It also highlighted the government’s continuing efforts against illegal drugs and terrorism,SUMVAC, in line with Executive Order No. 70 (Whole-of-Nation Approach through NTF-ELCAC).
During the activity, police personnel engaged with residents through information dissemination and personal interaction, encouraging community participation in crime prevention and the reporting of any suspicious activities. The initiative further strengthened police-community partnership and reaffirmed the commitment of the Philippine National Police to public safety, peace, and order.
This activity forms part of the continuous advocacy of PS2-LCPO in promoting awareness, vigilance, and cooperation among community members toward building a safer and more secure society.

(SWIM) Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting
At around 8:30 AM on June 3, 2026, personnel of Police Station 2, under the direct supervision of PMAJ FELIX C. CLEOPAS III, Acting Station Commander, conducted the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) at the station premises led by Pastor Candelario Maybuena as Resource Speaker.
The activity focused on the topic “Teachable Person,” emphasizing the importance of humility, continuous learning, openness to constructive criticism, and the willingness to improve both personally and professionally. Personnel were encouraged to remain receptive to new knowledge, guidance, and experiences that contribute to effective public service and personal growth.
The activity concluded successfully, reinforcing the values of discipline, teamwork, and lifelong learning among PS2 personnel.
