45 years ago in June of 1980, Nessie aka Eunice Austria Salgado, who would then be my wife in another 6 months, graduated in College. She was so young then at 20 yet she was matured in thoughts and not minding having someone much older than her as BF.

The Lord has been faithful to us and even though she went home to her Creator early, her memory will remain with us forever.

In her memory, we built a place that would approximate her dreams of reaching for the stars. Not on Higher Ground but on top floor of our 4-story building, we built a Resort within the City of Las Pinas. Complete with Infinity Pool and big Receiving and Dining Room as well as a Videoke and 2 airconditioned rooms, we called it “Eunice Place” and made it part and parcel, i.e., amenities of a registered business entity called DenTin Apartelle.

Here families can spend their free time and build memories together.

Open for free for members of Team Salgado and Team Austria, others can book at nominal fee.
