During the campus visits, 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇. 𝑺𝒊𝒙𝒕𝒐 𝑶. 𝑶𝒓𝒛𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔, 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒏𝒊 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆, emphasized the significance of the employability survey and how alumni participation directly impacts the university’s accreditation efforts, world university rankings, program evaluation, and institutional planning. He also introduced Alumni Registration and Information Management System(ARIMS), a platform designed to strengthen the connection between the university and its graduates by providing an organized and accessible system for alumni registration, employability tracking, and engagement.

Meanwhile, 𝑩𝑼𝑮𝑨𝑨𝑰 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒏𝒊 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒚. 𝑨𝒍𝒆𝒙 𝑩. 𝑵𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒐, discussed the rights, privileges, and responsibilities of alumni as members of the university’s official alumni association. He encouraged graduating students to remain actively involved in university initiatives and to sustain their connection with their alma mater even after graduation.
To make the orientation more relatable and inspiring, alumni from each college or institute were invited to share their personal experiences, professional journeys, and reflections on how Bicol University shaped their lives and careers. Their testimonials served as reminders of the lasting bond between the university and its graduates.

Week 2 of the ARO Campus Tour further strengthened the connection between Bicol University and its future alumni as the Alumni Relations Office, together with BUGAAI, successfully visited 𝑩𝑼 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏, 𝑩𝑼𝑪𝑺𝑺𝑷, 𝑩𝑼𝑪𝑬𝑵𝑮, 𝑩𝑼𝑪𝑬, 𝑩𝑼𝑪𝑰𝑻, 𝑩𝑼𝑪𝑺, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝑼𝑮𝑪. Emprese, an alumnus of Bicol University Guinobatan, for winning Best Poster (Student Category) at the 37th Regional Symposium on Research and Development Highlights (RSRDH) 2026, held on March 19–20, 2026, in Naga City.

Guided by his faculty adviser, Prof. Roy R. Boten, Emprese brought pride to the University through his outstanding research and presentation.
