𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: DOST-V kicks off the 3rd segment of the Transfer and Upscaling of Knowledge through DOST (TUKDOST) Series 3 on Food Safety at Hotel Sentro in Legazpi City, Albay.

The training is being attended by the organization's Food and Safety Team, featuring Dr. Bejaee De Dios from the National Meat Inspection Service of the Department of Agriculture. Engr Neil Simon B. Echague discussed Halal Assessment for Tourism Establishments. While Mr Michael L. Dela Cruz discussed about Food Safety in Fisheries and Aquaculture.

Through TUKDOST, a seamless exchange of insights, skills, and expertise will be facilitated, ensuring that advancements and best practices in science and technology are effectively shared and applied in Bicol.
