HSAC Regional Adjudication Branch V joins the DHSUD Regional Office V Kick-Off Event for National Shelters Month celebration at Rawis, Legazpi City, with the theme โ€œTahanan, Pamayanan, Kinabukasan.โ€

The event features a motorcade, a Holy Mass, an opening program with messages from key shelter agencies' heads, photo opportunities, a tour on the new DHSUD office, and fellowship among employees and partners.

Together with shelter agencies and partners, HSAC RAB V supports the shared goal of safe homes and resilient communitiesโ€”and remains committed to equal access to justice through the fair, speedy, and independent resolution of disputes involving human settlements, real estate development, land use, and homeownersโ€™ associations.

The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) joins the housing and human settlements sector in celebrating 2026 National Shelter Month with the theme, โ€œTahanan, Pamayanan. Kinabukasan.โ€

A home is more than a place to live. It is the foundation of families, communities, and a better future. As a key shelter agency, HSAC plays an important role by providing accessible, fair, and efficient adjudication of disputes involving real estate and homeownersโ€™ associations. Through the effective resolution of cases, HSAC helps uphold the rights of homebuyers, homeowners, and other stakeholders while promoting accountability and confidence in the housing sector.

In celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) with the theme โ€œBawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,โ€ the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission โ€“ Regional Adjudication Branch V (HSAC RAB V) is currently holding its Agency Family Day and Wellness Activity today, September 17, 2026.

The HSAC RAB V family comes together for a meaningful day of camaraderie, teamwork, fellowship, and wellness, featuring Know Your HSAC Family, Family Feud: HSAC RAB V Edition, a Boodle Fight and Fellowship Lunch, and a Zumba Wellness Session.

More than a day of fun and friendly competition, the activity celebrates the people behind public service and strengthens the bonds that help build a positive, engaged, and productive workplace.

As we celebrate 126 years of Philippine civil service, HSAC RAB V proudly joins our fellow civil servants in embodying puso in service, dangal in public duty, and galing in the pursuit of excellence for the Filipino people.

The activity served as a venue to review the Office's performance and accomplishments for the first half of the year, discuss operational concerns and challenges, and formulate strategies and action plans for the succeeding months.

Through collaborative discussions and sectoral planning, the participants reaffirmed their commitment to achieving organizational targets and further enhancing the delivery of quality and responsive public service.

Together, we continue to work towards a more focused, efficient, and productive second half of the year.
