JO1 APPLICANTS FOR PHYSICAL/MEDICAL AND DENTAL EVALUATION

Posted is the list of JO1 Applicants who will proceed to the next phase of the recruitment process, the Physical/Medical and Dental Evaluation.

JO1 applicants are hereby advised to report at Vizconn Diagnostic Laboratory (Albay Poly Clinic, Serrano St., Old Albay, Legazpi City) on the specified date and time to undergo the following Laboratory Examinations and observe 8-10 hours fasting:
-Chest X-ray (PA View)
-ECG
-CBC
-Urinalysis
-Fecalysis
-Drug Test
-FBS
-BUN
-Creatinine
-BUA
-Lipid Profile
-VDRL/RPR
-SGPT
-SGOT
-Blood Typing
-Pregnancy test (for female)

PHYSICAL/MEDICAL & DENTAL EVALUATION will be conducted at BJMP Regional Office V, Legazpi City Jail Compound, Bogtong, Legazpi City, Albay, on the specified date and time.

Attire: White T-shirt (round neck), Maong pants and White rubber shoes

📍Original results of diagnostic and laboratory tests shall be presented on scheduled date

Posted is the list of JO1 Applicants who have qualified the Psychological and Psychiatric evaluation criteria and will advance to the next phase of the recruitment process, the Panel Interview.

The following-named JO1 applicants are hereby advised to report at BJMP Regional Office V, Legazpi City Jail Compound, Bogtong, Legazpi City on the specified date and time.

👔Attire: CORPORATE/BUSINESS ATTIRE
FEMALE -skirt should be knee length
and no plunging neckline,
