In line with the 13th anniversary of the passage of the Magna Carta of Women (MCW) on August 14, we will be featuring digital assets related to MCW.

This brochure, written and translated into English, Filipino, and Cebuano, presents the summary of RA 9710 or the Magna Carta of Women. The MCW is comprehensive women’s human rights law that seeks to eliminate discrimination through the recognition, protection, fulfillment, and promotion of the rights of Filipino women, especially those belonging in the marginalized sectors of the society.
