The Legazpi City Youth Development Office shares the current status of the submission of the SK Web Portal Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Reports for Fiscal Year 2025 of the 70 Sangguniang Kabataan Councils in Legazpi City.

As of today, March 19, 2026, which marks the Legazpi CYDO set deadline, the following accomplishments have been recorded:
• 𝟴𝟯% 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• 𝟲𝟭% 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟭 (𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀)
• 𝟲𝟬% 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟲𝟭% 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮 (𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀)

This reflects a significant improvement compared to the Fiscal Year 2024 M&E Reports submission performance, where only 50% was recorded for account creation, 17% for PPA reports submission, and 3% for policy reports submission. The marked increase in accomplishment rates demonstrates the growing commitment of our SK Councils to transparency, accountability, and effective youth governance.

The CYDO extends its sincere appreciation to the 𝟰𝟯 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝘀 who have successfully completed their reporting requirements. Your dedication and responsiveness set a strong example of leadership and compliance in strengthening youth participation in governance.

We likewise encourage the remaining SK Councils to continue accomplishing their reports in the SK M&E Web Portal ahead of the National Youth Commission deadline on March 31, 2026, to ensure full compliance and representation of Legazpi City’s youth initiatives at the national level.

The SK M&E Web Portal serves as the official platform of the National Youth Commission for the digital submission of youth-related reports, enabling standardized documentation, real-time monitoring, and data-driven planning for youth development programs across the country.

The CYDO remains committed to supporting all SK Councils through continuous guidance and technical assistance as we work together towards a more responsive, accountable, and empowered youth sector in Legazpi City.
