The program began with the house rules and the introduction of the evaluators. Researchers from around the country then presented discoveries on food innovation with potential significant impact, followed by a question-and-answer session where evaluators shared suggestions to make the researches more impactful and applicable.
The main highlight of this session was the lessons and discoveries for better food innovation, such as using mung beans with rice for calamities and adding them to noodles for higher protein. Other notable studies also showed great creativity and potential.
May these results inspire and help not only the food researchers but also those who wish to create innovative and meaningful contributions through food for a better tomorrow.
