Temporary Suspension of Affected BU Emails

Bicol University ICTO has identified that some email accounts belonging to employees, students, faculty, and various university offices have been involved in a credential leakage incident.

As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily suspended all affected institutional email accounts to protect personal and university information.
We will be directly contacting those affected to provide further instructions and support.

If your email account has been suspended and you have not yet been contacted, please reach out to the ICT Office immediately to assist with account recovery.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to resolve this issue promptly.

📢 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐢𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐒 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥:

In line with the introduction of the 𝐢𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐒, faculty members who will be handling undergraduate 1st year students are required to use the 𝐢𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐒 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥 to manage their academic records and download the class list.

However, faculty members who are handling old students (including shifters/transferees) will continue to use the 𝐎𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 for student management.

📢 Announcement!

Starting this semester A.Y. 2025 - 2026, all first year students will use the newly developed 𝐢𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐒 to access their student portal. This system will also handle your Bicol University Google Email, Eduroam Account, and Library Access. 💻📚

Please note that we are currently in the process of creating and updating accounts. Freshies should stay tuned for further updates.

However, shifters and transferees will continue to use the old 𝐢𝐁𝐔 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥/𝐢𝐁𝐔 𝐀𝐩𝐩 for the time being.
