Passers of the 8 March 2026 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) may request for certification and/or authentication of eligibility starting 𝟭𝟭 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the CSC Regional Office V in Rawis, Legazpi City, Albay following the schedule below:

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟳 𝗮.𝗺. 𝘁𝗼 𝟮 𝗽.𝗺.

The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Eligibility (COE) are as follows:
- 1x1 ID picture with handwritten nametag (with signature above printed name; First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name)
- Valid ID with birthdate
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Fees - Certification: P100 ; Authentication: P50 per copy

It serves as both a pilgrimage site and scenic landmark overlooking the town and surrounding landscape. Visitors admire its scale and design, take photos, pray or reflect, and enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and horizon, blending cultural heritage, faith, and tourism.

Students of the University of Santo Tomas - Legazpi (UST-L) took a significant step toward their future careers as they explored employment opportunities during the Pabalon and Job Fair 2026 held on 18 May 2026.

Carrying the theme, “Building Opportunities and Careers for Every Thomasian,” the event was designed to equip students with valuable insights and practical guidance as they transition from academic life to the professional world. Representatives from both government and private sector organizations were on hand to share information on career paths, employment requirements, and opportunities available to graduating students and job seekers.

During the program, Civil Service Commission Regional Office V (CSC RO V) Regional Director Daisy Punzalan Bragais highlighted the importance of obtaining Career Service Eligibility for those who aspire to join the government workforce. She underscored that the eligibility serves as a vital qualification for entry into first- and second-level positions in the civil service and opens the door to meaningful opportunities in public service.

“Your diploma proves you finished a degree. Your eligibility proves you meet the standards to be part of the government service. With eligibility, opportunities expand significantly,” RD Bragais said.

The participation of CSC RO V, UST-L, and various partner agencies and organizations reflected a shared commitment to preparing students for the demands of the workplace and helping them confidently embark on their journeys as young professionals.
