In view of the ongoing eruption of Mt. Mayon and visible ash plume, all BITCoop members are advised of the following:

⚠️ Operational Guidelines:

Maintain heightened awareness in all areas of operation.

Reduce speed and maintain safe distance when visibility is affected.

Avoid routes near declared danger zones and comply with LGU restrictions.

Headlights must be ON at all times while moving along ashfall areas.

Do NOT use hazard lights while in motion; use only when stopped or in emergency situations.

😷 Health & Safety:

Drivers and conductors are encouraged to wear face masks, especially during ashfall.

Keep windows closed when necessary to minimize ash exposure.

🚌 Dispatch & Operations:

Be prepared for possible delays or operational adjustments depending on conditions.

Strictly follow advisories from PHIVOLCS and LGUs. Safety remains the top priority.
