In response to Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President declaring a State of National Energy Emergency, the 2026 Regional Convention of Human Resource Management Practitioners, originally scheduled on 13-14 May 2026, is POSTPONED until further notice.

๐ฃ Holy Week Advisory
As we approach this period of observance, CSC Central and Regional Offices will implement a Flexiplace (Work-from-Home) Arrangement from 30 March to 1 April 2026.
Frontline services will continue onsite with a skeletal workforce, and our personnel will remain available during working hours.
This initiative is part of our effort to ease travel, conserve resources, and give everyone time for reflection and preparation this Holy Week. ๐

There were warm hugs, teary eyes, and yes, lots of dancing! From the bottom of our hearts, we thank everyone who showed up, spoke up, and opened their hearts in today's GEDSI Forum. It was more than just a gathering. It was a moving testament to what happens when we lead with empathy and openness.
