In line with its commitment to community engagement and road safety advocacy, the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay (R-PSB) Teams Docol and Team Baao in partnership with the Land Transportation Office, Masbate, successfully conducted a Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) Seminar in Barangay Docol, Baleno, Masbate.

A total of 78 participants benefited from the seminar, where they were provided with comprehensive knowledge of traffic laws, proper road safety practices, as well as the standard procedures and requirements for obtaining a student permit.

This activity aims to promote responsible and law-abiding driving, enhance road safety awareness, and strengthen cooperation among the community

NCPO MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENTS ON ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUGS OPERATIONS | OCTOBER 1–31, 2025

Naga City – The Naga City Police Office (NCPO) under the leadership of PCOL GILBERT P FARIÑAS, City Director, continues its relentless campaign against illegal drugs, resulting in significant accomplishments for the period October 1–31, 2025.

A total of 19 anti-illegal drugs operations were successfully conducted, leading to the arrest of 20 drug personalities, rescue of one (1) minor, and one (1) DIPO (Died in Police Operation). The operations yielded a total of 35.6862 grams of shabu and 533.1487 grams of ma*****na, with a total estimated value of ₱306,644.00.

In addition, operatives confiscated 98 pieces of electric vapes containing liquid ma*****na, further intensifying the campaign against the proliferation of illegal drugs in the city.

These accomplishments underscore the unwavering commitment of the Naga City Police Office in support of the PNP’s intensified anti-illegal drugs program and its mission to ensure a drug-free, peaceful, and safe community for all.

PNP NAGBUKAS NG RECRUITMENT PARA SA MAHIGIT 6,500 BAGONG PULIS SA BUONG BANSA

Alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na patuloy na palakasin ang hanay ng kapulisan, inanunsyo ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang pagsisimula ng recruitment process para sa Calendar Year 2025 Attrition Quota.

May kabuuang 5,639 quota slots ang inilaan para sa 17 Police Regional Offices (PROs) sa buong bansa. Kasama rin dito ang mga National Support Units na mayroong 900 na quota (NSUs) tulad ng Anti-Kidnapping Group (75), Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (75), PNP Drug Enforcement Group (225), Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Canine Group (95), Integrity Monitoring Enforcement Group (75), Communications and Electronics Service (85), Headquarters Support Service (200), at Special Action Force (70).

Ayon kay Acting Chief PNP PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., bahagi ito ng tuloy-tuloy na programa ng PNP upang mapalakas ang serbisyo at mapanatili ang propesyonalismo sa hanay ng kapulisan.

“Ang patuloy na pagpapalakas ng ating hanay ay mahalagang hakbang upang mas mapaglingkuran natin ang ating mga kababayan nang mas mabilis, maayos, at nararamdaman. Sa ilalim ng Bagong Pilipinas, layunin nating magkaroon ng mas propesyonal at maaasahang kapulisan,” aniya.

Kasabay nito, inimbitahan din ni PLTGEN Nartatez ang mga kabataang Pilipino na may malasakit at dedikasyon sa serbisyo publiko:

“Inaanyayahan namin ang mga kabataang may puso para sa bayan na maging bahagi ng PNP. Kung nais mong maglingkod at magbigay proteksyon sa ating mamamayan, ito na ang tamang panahon para maging pulis.”

Binigyang-diin din ni PLTGEN Nartatez na libre ang proseso ng recruitment at walang sinumang indibidwal ang awtorisadong mangolekta ng bayad o mag-alok ng tulong kapalit ng pagpasok sa PNP.

Samantala, ipinahayag ni PBGEN Randulf T. Tuaño, Chief ng PNP Public Information Office, ang pagtitiyak na magiging transparent at patas ang buong proseso.

“Walang shortcut sa pagpasok sa PNP. Tanging sa opisyal na recruitment channels lamang dapat magsumite ng aplikasyon. Ireport agad kung may sinumang naniningil o nag-aalok ng tulong,” paalala ni PBGEN Tuaño.

Hinihikayat ang lahat ng kwalipikadong aplikante na regular na subaybayan ang opisyal na pages ng PNP Recruitment and Selection Service (PNP RSS), Regional Recruitment and Selection Units (RRSUs), at National Support Units (NSUs) para sa mga anunsyo at detalye ng pagsusumite ng requirements.

Sa ganitong hakbang, muling pinapatunayan ng PNP ang dedikasyon nitong magtaguyod ng mas matatag at maaasahang kapulisan—tapat sa tungkulin at kaagapay ng bawat Pilipino sa pagbuo ng Bagong Pilipinas.
