OCENR Evaluation

The OCENR conducted their evaluation for the 1st Semester of 2026 last May 18, 2026. It was attended and assisted by the pUnong Barangay Thess Sambajon Naz and Kagawad CHIE B. ATUN Gogon .

Healthy Minds, Safe Choices: A Youth Awareness Seminar

Thank you so much to our resource speakers from the City Health Office for the successful conduct of our seminar which tackled Teenage Pregnancy, Anti-Bullying and Mental Health Awareness. This activity was attended by youth and children for Barangay 38 Gogon and was conducted last May 21, 2026.

An IEC through distribution of flyers about Mental Health Awareness and Nutrition was also conducted.

The participants were also given tokens for their participation in the seminar.

OPLAN TULI 2026

Thank you so much to the City Health Office for the conduct of the OPLAN TULI 2026 at the Barangay Health Center of Barangay 38 Gogon, Legazpi City last May 23, 2026.

Closed-door Interview of the applicants for the Bagong Pilipinas Presidential Scholar happened last May 25, 2026.

Malugod naming binabati ang limang (5) kwalipikadong incoming 4th year college students mula sa tatlumpu’t apat (34) na aplikante ng Barangay 38 Gogon na napili bilang benepisyaryo ng Bagong Pilipinas Presidential Scholar Program – “Bawat Barangay Makikinabang”.

Ang bawat isa sa kanila ay makatatanggap ng halagang ₱20,000.00 bilang kanilang Finisher’s Fund para makatulong sa kanilang huling taon sa kolehiyo.

Ang lahat ng mga aplikante ay sumailalim sa masusing proseso kabilang ang pagsusumite ng mga kinakailangang dokumento at closed-door interview kasama ang ating Punong Barangay. Karamihan sa mga aplikante ay kasalukuyan nang tumatanggap ng iba pang scholarship programs gaya ng TDP/TES, na naging isa sa mga batayan sa pagpili ng mga benepisyaryong higit na nangangailangan.

Ang mga napiling estudyante ay dumaan sa deliberasyon ng Punong Barangay at ni Vice Chairman on Education Roxan Aringo bago ito opisyal na isumite sa tanggapan ng Liga ng mga Barangay.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng mga nag-apply at nagtiwala sa programang ito. Makakaasa po kayo na sa mga susunod na pagkakataon, bibigyang prayoridad ang mga hindi napili ngayon.

Patuloy tayong magsikap para sa edukasyon at kinabukasan ng kabataang Gogon!
