The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Albay has been strongly advancing the implementation of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, a World Bank-funded program that aims to divide Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CCLOAs) into individual land titles, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen land tenure security.
At present, more than 2,000 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Albay have already received their own individual CLOAs under the project, giving them clearer ownership and stronger rights over the land they cultivate.
