Another inspiring story of excellence shines through the ranks of the Reserve Force as Sgt. Elahjee B. Bragais (Res) proudly exemplifies the fusion of academic distinction, leadership, and service. A graduate of "Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English" from "Tiwi Community College", Sgt. Bragais earned the prestigious Latin honor of "Cum Laude"—a testament to her intellectual rigor and unwavering dedication to learning.

A distinguished product of the ROTC Program, Sgt. Bragais consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership and competence during her cadetship. Her accolades include the "Outstanding Leadership Award", "Leadership Award", "Outstanding Journalist Award"; "Merit Awards in the Field of Journalism", "Outstanding Cadette", "Cadette Service Award", "Academic Excellence Award in Teaching Internship", and her role as "Batch 2025 President". Further elevating her profile, she represented the Philippine Army ROTC Cadets as a selected contingent to the "Cultural Understanding and Leadership Program in Hawaii in 2024", showcasing Filipino leadership and cultural pride on an international platform.

Today, Sgt. Bragais continues to inspire as a Licensed Professional Teacher, carrying forward the values of discipline, service, and excellence both in uniform and in the academe. Her journey stands as a compelling reminder of the transformative power of education, leadership, and commitment to nation-building.

Reservist Officer from 502nd RRIBn Completes Infantry Officer Basic Course Class 09-2025

Legazpi City, Albay - the 5th Regional Community Defense Group proudly recognizes 2Lt Fatima N Regullano INF PA (RES) of the 502nd Community Defense Center (502CDC) for completing the Infantry Officer Basic Course (IOBC), Class 09-2025, conducted by the Infantry School, Individual Training Group, Philippine Army, from 22 September to 12 December 2025. With a rating of number 38 out of 80 students.

The Infantry Officer Basic Course is a rigorous and comprehensive training program designed to develop the leadership capabilities, tactical proficiency, and professional competence of newly commissioned Infantry officers. It prepares officers to effectively lead troops in diverse operational environments while upholding the core values of the Philippine Army.

Throughout the duration of the course, 2Lt Regullano demonstrated exemplary discipline, determination, and professionalism in meeting the demanding academic, physical, and field training requirements. Her successful completion of IOBC Class 06-2025 marks a significant milestone in her military career and signifies her readiness to perform greater responsibilities. This achievement reflects her commitment to serving as a capable Infantry officer in the Army Reserve Force, contributing to national defense and community security.
