📌The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Albay Provincial Office, in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Rapu-Rapu, officially launched the Negosyo Center Rapu-Rapu on May 20, 2026, at Barangay Poblacion, Rapu-Rapu, Albay.

🌟The establishment of the Negosyo Center Rapu-Rapu marks a significant milestone in expanding access to business development services for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and aspiring entrepreneurs in the island municipality. The center aims to reduce barriers to entrepreneurship and foster inclusive economic growth by bringing essential support services directly to the community.

🤝The launch ceremony was graced by DTI Albay Provincial Director Noel B. Bunao, Hon. Romel A. Galicia, Municipal Mayor of Rapu-Rapu, Rona M. Galicia, Executive Secretary, and Liezel A. Asuncion, Tourism Officer of Rapu-Rapu. The event was highlighted by the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between DTI Albay and LGU Rapu-Rapu, formalizing their commitment to the operation and long-term sustainability of the center.
