The City Youth Development Office (CYDO) provides an 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 (𝗦𝗞) 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠&𝗘) 𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, covering the seventy (70) SK Councils of Legazpi City.

Following the previous update, the City has recorded a significant increase in compliance and submission rates:
• 𝟵𝟰% 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 (𝟳) 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 𝟵𝟭% 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟭 (𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮 (𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀)

Reflected in the list are the SK Councils whose submissions were completed after the CYDO-mandated deadline but within the allowable period set by the National Youth Commission.

These improvements reflect the continued efforts and responsiveness of our SK Councils in meeting reporting requirements and strengthening transparency and accountability in youth governance.

The CYDO extends its recognition and appreciation to the SK Councils that have successfully complied with the reporting requirements. Your commitment demonstrates leadership and accountability in advancing youth development initiatives in the City.

The original deadline set by the National Youth Commission (NYC) on March 31, 2026, has been officially extended to April 10, 2026, providing additional time for remaining SK Councils to complete their submissions.

In this regard, the CYDO encourages the remaining SK Councils to continue complying with the reporting requirements and maximize the extended timeline to ensure full participation and representation of Legazpi City’s youth initiatives at the national level.

The CYDO remains committed to providing the necessary support and technical assistance to all SK Councils as we work together toward full compliance and a more responsive and data-driven youth development sector.

As we conclude the City Youth Development Office’s 2026 Women’s Month Online Exhibit, 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘇𝗽𝗶 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲.

From our SK Chairpersons across the barangays to women in city governance, this exhibit has highlighted voices of leadership grounded in service, resilience, and the unwavering commitment to uplift others. Each message shared reminds us that leadership is not defined by position, but by the impact we create and the people we empower along the way.

Guided by this year’s theme “𝗪𝗘 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆” and the call to “𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘀!”, we are reminded that the future we strive for is one built collectively—where women are seen, heard, and valued in every space.

As part of the 2026 Philippine Women’s Month Celebration with the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society,” the City Youth Development Office features 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘇 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗱 “𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲” 𝗖. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘇𝗽𝗶 and the sole woman member of the 17th Sangguniang Panlungsod, in this special two-part feature of its online exhibit highlighting women leaders of Legazpi City.

Serving as Chairperson of the Committees on Women, Children, and Family Welfare; Health and Sanitation; and Solo Parents, Persons with Disabilities, and Other Vulnerable Groups, Konsi Sunshine continues to champion inclusive, responsive, and people-centered governance.
