Cyber threats: The difference between Phishing, Smishing, Quishing

[ 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓 ] The DPPO team led by Dr. Davie B. Balmadrid, together with Mr. Adrian Rodriguez and Ms. Juliet Clarisse Bertulfo, visited the Bicol University College of Nursing for key discussions on digital data privacy. BUCN was represented by Dr. Maria Della Rañeses, together with Prof. Janice Garcia, Prof. Marimel Narvaez, and Prof. Maricel Ortonio.
The meeting provided a venue for meaningful dialogue on the importance of data privacy and responsible handling of academic and personal information.

[ 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓 ] DPPO team visits the Bicol University Office of the VP for Academic Affairs to meet with Dr. Ma. Julieta Borres and staff to discuss digital data privacy, to ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Present during the meeting were Ms. Sophia Erika Abanto, Mr. Jason Barrameda, and Prof. January De Chavez. The meeting discussed the best practices for handling academic and personal information.

[ 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓 ] The DPPO Team visits the Bicol University College of Arts and Letters (BUCAL) to meet with the Dean and staff to discuss digital data privacy.

Present during the meeting were Dr. Adrian Aguilar, BUCAL Dean; Prof. Marine Morano, BUCAL Associate Dean; Prof. Ian Ron Bello, College GAD Coordinator; Mr. Antonio Lleva, College Registrar; Ms. Kristine Ann Ingua, College Registrar Staff; Ms. Ruth Bellen, College Registrar Staff; Ms. Donnabel Musa, College Registrar Staff; Ms. Jella Marie Oyales, College Document Custodian; Ms. Ruthessa Jane Belen, College Registrar; Dr. Davie B. Balmadrid, DPPO Director; Mr. Adrian Rodriguez, ICTO COP and Ms. Juliet Clarisse Bertulfo, DPPO Staff. The meeting focused on best practices to ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the responsible handling of academic and personal information.

Also, Dr. Baby Boy Benjamin Nebres III, SUC IV President, and Dr. Ma Julieta Borres, VP for Academic Affairs, made a short visit to greet the staff.
