𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨:

* Contestants must be bona fide residents of Brgy. Libod 2.
* Participants must be 15 years old and above.
* Each participants must register before the contest scheduled.
* Contestants may choose any song, genre but there must be no duplication of song.
* Appropriate and decent attire must be worn.
